Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, Lloydminster Animal Hospital recommends that all appointments be booked in advance. We can provide better service to all our patients if we have advance notice of your arrival. Same day appointments are often available. Drop in appointments may be assessed a surcharge. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. In the case of an emergency, please contact us before your arrival or enroute if possible in order for us to prepare to serve you best.
Our veterinarians provide emergency service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you require emergency service outside of regular hours, you can reach the veterinarian on-call by phoning our regular phone number (780)875-5733 and arranging a time to meet at the Hospital. The veterinarians take call on a rotating basis so you may not be able to speak to a specific individual but all our veterinarians will be able to help you in an emergency. DO NOT arrive at the Hospital without phoning first since we do not always have somebody on-site after hours.
Payment is due at the time the service is performed. Lloydminster Animal Hospital accepts standard forms of payment including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards. If you require financial assistance, we can offer applications for loans through a medical lending company. We are unable to delay payment to a later date or accept post-dated cheques.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
