Dr. Lauren Ryan was raised on a farm outside of Bonnyville/Cold Lake AB. She moved to Saskatoon in 2017 to start her undergraduate degree in Animal Bioscience. She was accepted into the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon in 2019.

She graduated in 2023 and joined the Lloydminster Animal Hospital soon after. Before graduation, Dr. Ryan spent the summer of 2022 with LAH as a student.

Dr. Ryan and her husband Nick have 2 cats- Miley and Blair. Dr. Ryan also owns 3 horses which are still in Bonnyville for now.

Dr. Ryan has a special interest in small animal surgery and bovine medicine. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outside, riding her horses, and doing crafts.
