Dr. Kristine Gartner was born and raised in Unity, Saskatchewan, finishing high school and her first years of university in Regina. She graduated from WCVM at the U of S in 1995.
She practiced in Provost, Lethbridge and Lloydminster before settling down in Macklin to raise Jorja and Janaye on Eric’s family farm while continuing to work in Provost part time.
She is happy to be back at Lloydminster Animal Hospital after 20 some years, now focusing on small animal medicine and surgery.
Aside from work and keeping track of her teenagers, she loves anything in the great outdoors; whether it is in the garden, skiing in the mountains (or on the flats), or just paddling on the lake.
